Dear Friends,

I’ve been experimenting with my supplements again. This time with different brands of Aloe Vera in powder and capsules.

I thought it would be easier (and less expensive) to buy it as a powder in 4 or 8 ounce bottles (for mixing with distilled water for gargling and spraying on the skin).

What I discovered is there is no pure Aloe Vera powder in bottles on the market (when I tried one that has pomegrante powder mixed with it, it gave me a headache), but there is a pure freeze dried powder in capsules that I have been using since March 10th and I love it.

These wonderful Aloe Vera capsules contain 450 mgs pure freeze dried whole leaf Barbadensis Miller Aloe Vera and there are 60 capsules in the bottle.

(I learned that you have to be careful not to confuse the Aloe Barbadensis Miller Aloe Vera capsules with Aloe Ferox Miller capsules or Cape Aloe capsules which are laxatives).

The price of the 450 mg capsules (450 mg’s active ingredients — approximately 30,000 mgs of Aloe Vera Juice) from The Road To Health is $26.50 (plus $7.50 shipping) and when you purchase four ($100) there is no shipping added. Combination I use Is Flora-G plus and the Aloe 1 bottle each.

If you have any problem with pain (Aloe vera is great for fighting inflammation) or healing (Aloe vera has antiseptic and cleansing agents and it also contains lignins, which give it the ability to penetrate the skin) these capsules are a must. They prevent and/or heal everything from a cold to an abscessed tooth.

Another reason I love these extra strength Aloe Capsules (Candida-G capsules have just 100 mg Barbadensis Miller Aloe Vera) is that since I began taking them (I take four per day) I haven’t had to gargle with the distilled water/Aloe vera powder solution to keep a tooth that had a small abscess pain-free; just taking the four capsules a day does the job.

I must add that while these 450 mg Aloe Vera capsules are less expensive than Candida-G, they do not have the probiotics that Candida-G has, so I’ve been taking two Flora-G Plus capsules a day along with the four Aloe vera capsules.

If you would like to read more about Barbadensis Miller Aloe Vera and how I have not had to take antibiotics since August 2006 (when before I was taking them frequently most of my life) please go to: //road-to-health.com/71 and //road-to-health.com/72

Love,

Bonnie
