Eat Prunes For Healthy Bones Throughout Your Life

There is a study I read that suggests that prunes, "One of the World's Healthiest Foods," can help women maintain strong, healthy bones throughout their lives. Prunes are packed with bone-building phenolic compounds, boron and potassium -- all of which play important roles in bone health.

I'm eating 3 to 6 prunes every morning, now and planning to increase the amount gradually (I have to eat them before breakfast because they cause me to have gas if I eat them with food -- or if I eat too many at once).

Love,

Bonnie

Research Summary

When 58 postmenopausal women ate about 12 prunes each day for 3 months, not only did none of the women suffer any adverse gastrointestinal side effects, but they were found to have higher blood levels of enzymes and growth factors that indicate bone formation than women who did not consume prunes. Researcher Baharm H. Arjmandi, PhD., RD, Professor of Nutritional Sciences and Gerontology at Oklahoma State University thinks that the beneficial effects on bone formation revealed by this study may be due to prunes' high concentration of phenolic compounds that act as antioxidants to curb bone loss.

Not only do prunes contain large amounts of phenolic compounds (184 mg/100 g), they are also an important source of boron, a trace mineral which is thought to play an important role in the prevention of osteoporosis. Just one serving of prunes (100 g) fulfills the daily requirement for boron (2 to 3 mg).

In addition to their beneficial effects on bone health, prunes' phenolic compounds have been found to inhibit human LDL oxidation in vitro, and thus may serve as protective agents against not only bone loss, but atherosclerosis-another chronic degenerative disease for which a woman's risk greatly increases after menopause. In addition to their rich supply of phenols, prunes' high potassium content (745 mg/100 g) also is protective of cardiovascular health.

Although this study only included women, researchers believe men can gain the same beneficial effects on bone and heart health from eating prunes.

How Strong Is Your Immune System?

Hi, We are now carrying a fantastic supplement that is working beautifully to prevent colds, earaches, sore throats, and other infections. It is called ImmunExtra™. One capsule a day is all that’s needed to keep your immune system balanced and strong.

I have been searching for the answer to an earache problem for over 72 years (stress brings it on) and I sincerely believe this is the answer. I’ve been infection free for the three months I’ve been taking one ImmunExtra™ capsule a day.

For those of you who do not have an infectious response to stress, don’t want to add another capsule to your daily supplements, but want something on hand to quickly stop symptoms of a cold or the flu, I recommend having a bottle of ImmunExtra™ in your medicine cabinet and especially in your suitcase when traveling.

The following information about ImmunExtra™ is from Allera Health Products:

How can I help my immune system?
Various factors can stress your immune system. Smoking, poor eating habits, unhealthy diets, excessive alcohol, lack of exercise, lack of sleep and anxiety all affect how your body will fight off invaders and recover from illness.

All of us come in contact with harmful bacteria, viruses and other pathogens at some point during our life, if not on a daily basis. Fortifying and maintaining your immune system by leading a healthy lifestyle and making healthy choices will reduce susceptibility to infection and other diseases while augmenting your body’s ability to protect itself.

Try these 4 simple tasks to help your body protect and heal itself:
1. Regular exercise will help reduce daily stress while physically strengthening your          body and improving general well being.
2. Getting enough rest so your body has time to defend itself will also reinforce the health of your immune system.
3. To further optimize immune system function, minimize your intake of sugar, saturated fat and alcohol and exchange it for minerals and nutrients that are in fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grain foods and drink plenty of water and pure fruit juice.
Finally, supplementing your diet with vitamins and antioxidants such as vitamin C and beta-carotene as well as ImmunExtra™ can positively impact the response and performance of your immune system.

How is ImmunExtra™ different from other immune system boosting products?
ImmunExtra™ is the only dietary supplement based on the patented Proligna™ compound. Many immune health products on the market claim to prevent disease and illnesses by using a combination of ingredients, such as echinacea and vitamin C. By contrast, ImmunExtra™ contains a single active ingredient.

Proligna™ (also termed PPC in the scientific literature) has been studied by scientists for more than 20 years. Proligna™ has been shown to have a positive and lasting effect on human immune cell activity at the dose contained in ImmunExtra™ capsules. A recent scientific study published by Bradley et al. 2003 reports some of these results with human immune cells. (The Journal of International Immunopharmacology. 3: 209-223).

How Can My Immune System Shorten Illness Caused By Cold or Flu?
The purpose of the immune system is to keep infectious microorganisms out of the body, and to destroy invading organisms. Clearance of cold and flu viruses from the body requires stimulation of an immune response by the immune system. The immune system is made up of a complex network of cells, and organs such as lymph nodes, appendix, spleen and bone marrow that protect us from infection. Activation of the immune system to respond to foreign invaders like cold and flu viruses involve immune cells called dendritic cells and lymphocytes. Dendritic cells are activated when they sense the presence of a viral invader in the body. The cells mature, and then travel to the lymph nodes where they interact with and activate lymphocytes. ImmunExtra™ is a nutritional, dietary supplement that optimizes immune cell activity. It contains an ingredient called Proligna or PPC (polyphenylpropenoid-polysaccharide complex). Extracted from pinecones, Proligna has natural antiviral activity. Furthermore, Proligna may actually affect the viruses themselves and interfere with how they attach or get into healthy cells. Boosting the immune system and keeping it healthy so that it can respond more quickly and persistently to an attack by cold and flu viruses, will help shorten the illness caused by respiratory viruses.

What is in ImmunExtra™?
Each capsule of ImmunExtra™ contains the active ingredient Proligna™. The other ingredients called exipients, are used to ensure proper flow of materials during production. There is a small amount of potassium chloride salt, in addition to some vegetable-based material required for making a capsule. ImmunExtra™ does not contain any animal products, yeast, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, or any artificial ingredients. The pinecones from which the botanical compound is extracted are considered to be GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) by the FDA as a supplement ingredient.

Allera Health Products, Inc. adheres to Food GMPs and the regulations of the Dietary Supplement Health Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) for the product. By enacting the DSHEA, the intent of the U.S. Congress was to meet concerns of consumers and manufacturers and help ensure that safe and appropriately labeled products remain available to those who want them. The provisions of DSHEA define dietary supplements and dietary ingredients; establish a new framework for assuring safety; outline guidelines for literature displayed where supplements are sold; provide for use of claims and nutritional support statements; require ingredient and nutrition labeling; and grant the FDA the authority to establish Good Manufacturing Practice regulations.

Any advertising claims made about ImmunExtra™ are subject to regulation by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

What are some of the conditions for which ImmunExtra™ may help?
Whereas clinical trials are currently being planned to evaluate specific medical conditions, people who have taken ImmunExtra™ have anecdotally reported that they have had fewer and more mild episodes of cold and flu. The anti-inflammatory effects of ImmunExtra™ may also help with arthritis, allergies, and similar inflammatory conditions.

How many capsules of ImmunExtra™ should I take and how often?
The recommended effective dose is one or two 5 mg capsules every day. It does not matter if you take the capsule in the morning, afternoon or evening.

Should I take ImmunExtra™ with food?
The food you eat or the dietary supplements you take could cause a medication you are taking to work incorrectly. When supplements or drugs and certain foods are taken together they can interact in ways that can diminish or intensify the effectiveness of the drug or reduce the absorption of food nutrients. In addition, vitamin and herbal supplements taken with certain medications can result in adverse effects. For example, food can speed up or slow down the action of a medication or supplement, while certain drugs can change how nutrients are used or decrease the absorption of vitamins and minerals in the body, or stimulate or suppress the appetite, and certain herbs can interact with anesthesia, beta-blockers, and anticoagulants.

The impact of food-drug and food-supplement interactions can depend on a variety of factors such as the dose, age, weight and health of the person, and the timing of when food is eaten and when a mediation or supplement is taken.

Avoiding interactions does not necessarily mean not taking supplements or drugs and not eating foods. In the case of tetracycline and dairy products, each should simply be taken at a different time rather than eliminating one or the other. There are no known interactions of ImmunExtra™ and food. ImmunExtra™ can be taken with food and liquids or without.

Can I take ImmunExtra™ with other medications and/or dietary supplements?
There have been no reported contraindications for ImmunExtra™ when taken together with other medicines or dietary supplements including vitamins.

Can children take ImmunExtra™?
Yes, children can take ImmunExtra™ at a recommended dose of one capsule a day.

Can I take ImmunExtra™ if I’m pregnant?
There have been no formal clinical studies conducted with women who are pregnant. If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, you should not take ImmunExtra™ since there is no information regarding any effects it may have on an unborn baby. It is always best to consult with your doctor before taking a new supplement, medicine, or product especially if you are pregnant.

What happens if I take too many capsules of ImmunExtra™?
There is no information on the effects of overdose or taking too many capsules of ImmunExtra™. No safety concerns have been reported over the many years ImmunExtra™ and pinecone extract have been used. Formal clinical trials with ImmunExtra™ are being planned to evaluate product safety and efficacy in a standard manner. Consult with your doctor if you have any concerns.

Is It A Cold Or The Flu?
Isn’t this a question we often ask ourselves during the cold and flu season? Well, it’s because several flu symptoms are similar to those caused by the common cold. Both illnesses have the following symptoms in common: cough, stuffy nose, muscle aches, headache, and fatigue. However, the viruses that are responsible for these respiratory diseases are completely different. While a sore throat, runny nose and burning eyes can be associated with a cold, the flu can cause a fever greater than 102°, nausea, loss of appetite, chills, flushing, sweating and more intense muscle aches. Flu symptoms also come on more suddenly than cold symptoms. And with the flu, you feel ill all over. But if any symptom lasts longer than 10 days, there is breathing difficulty, a high fever is present for longer than 3 days, there is excessive vomiting or if any unusual symptom occurs, it’s time to contact your doctor. You can reduce the risk of getting a cold or the flu by frequently washing your hands. And if you are sick, cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing to stop the spread of the virus. Getting enough rest, eating healthy foods regularly, exercising and taking ImmunExtra™ with Proligna will help keep your immune system healthy so that you can better avoid catching these respiratory viruses.

Vitamin D deficiency is common in children around the world.

A short-term study included 25 school children randomly assigned to

week for eight weeks. In an additional long-term study, 340 study
participants took a placebo, 1,400 IU weekly, or 14,000 IU a week, and
were followed up at six and 12 months. No signs of vitamin D
intoxication were seen in any of the children.

Currently, the Institute of Medicine recommends a daily vitamin D3
intake of 200 IU for children. The high dosage used in the study was 10
times that amount.

Sources:

There is a simple blood test for vitamin D (a “25 Hydroxyvitamin D blood test”) that everyone should ask for when they see their doctor. The results of the test will guide you as to the amount of vitamin D3 you should take daily. Have your children's blood tested and give them a tablespoon of cod liver oil or a capsule of 5,000 IUs every Sunday then have their blood tested again in 6 months to see how they are doing (do this for yourself too).

Dr. Villafana and Sandy’s Jawbone Nerve

Dear Bonnie

God bless you for getting back to me so quickly. I will follow up with Dr. Villafana. Do you know if he is very skilled at working around the trigeminal nerves? I heard a while ago of someone called Wesley Shankland in the USA have you/sandy ever seen him?

I have/am going through a similar story as sandy...it has been a nightmare......I have had countless surgeries and no improvement. My health is failing badly and no one can help me here (UK) The infection is just too extensive.......

I hope Sandy is/continues to feel better.

I thank you once again. Have a good day.

kind regards

Michelle

Dear Michelle,

Yes, we have heard about Wesley Shankland, but Sandy did not go to him.

From conversations I've had with other people who have had oral surgery by various Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons in the US, I have not heard of one who has been able to perform surgeries that completely remove the infected bone every time (the people often have to go back for surgery in the same area over and over and they continue to have infected and dead bone in that area).

This is what I know about jawbone surgery involving nerves:

After removing one of her molars, Sandy's dentist placed a bovine bone implant in her jawbone that did not absorb into her bone as it was supposed to and became infected. The implant ended up wrapped around the nerve and neither of the two U.S. Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons Sandy went to would go near it. One of them did what he could to remove the infection and dead bone, but told her she could possibly be paralyzed on that side of her face if he tried to remove anything near her nerve.

This is why we love Dr. Villafana:

Dr. Villafana spent two hours very carefully removing from Sandy's nerve every trace of the bovine bone implant and then he removed the remaining infected bone. The area healed perfectly in the months after surgery (it took Sandy several months before she could comfortably chew food again).

However, Sandy's road to recovery wasn't quick and easy even after meeting Dr. Villafana.

Sandy had to have several surgeries by Dr. Villafana -- all in different areas of her jawbone -- and all but the last two areas he found with his very sophisticated X-ray machine.

Before Sandy's last surgery with Dr. Villafana and because he was relying only on his X-ray machine, he was convinced that he had removed all of her infected bone (cavitations).

When we first met Dr. Villafana we asked his opinion of the Cavitat device and he said he thought it was a great device, but he did not trust any Cavitat technicians to use it correctly at that time.

So, after having operated on Sandy several times, when she called to tell him she felt she still had dead bone in her jaw, he said he thought he had removed it all, but we were welcome to come back and he would take a look. So, we drove to Mexico to see him again and he took X-rays of all the areas where he had operated and compared them to the X-rays he had taken before he operated and convinced me (not Sandy) that he had removed all the infected and dead bone (her jawbone looked beautiful on the X-rays -- not like the shadowy X-rays of before).

Then, after Sandy called him again to try to convince him she still had infected/dead bone, he surprised her and sent her for a Cavitat exam. The Cavitat showed that she had two areas that had infected and dead bone. They were areas that his X-ray machine showed no infection and where he had not previously operated!

It has been a tremendous help that Dr. Villafana believes that the Cavitat technicians (who work where he sends his patients for their Cavitat exams) are now experienced enough to use the Cavitat device,

My advice is to ask Dr. Villafana's secretary to ask him your questions and call her back another day for his answers. Or, ask if she has email and, if she does, ask for her email address so you can email her your questions to give to him.

Sandy is definitely feeling better than ever now.

I know how you feel about your situation being a nightmare. I wish I had a dollar (or a pound) for every time I heard Sandy say "This is a nightmare."

Love,

Bonnie

Testimonial about Dr. Villafana, D.D.S.

I came across Sandra petry's story. Can I ask you is she contactable by phone or e-mail?
I am/have been in a similar postion to her and she has mentioned going to mexico to get her cavitation work done? Do you know who the surgeon is in Mexico? Perhaps a contact name and contact number? I am in desperate need of help and have exhausted all avenues here.............

I hope to hear from you soon and hope you can help.

I think your website is great and very informative.

God bless

Kind regards

Michelle

Dear Michelle,

The dentist who saved Sandy's life is:

Roberto Villafana, D.D.S.
9150 Paseo de Los Heroes, Suite 703
Tijuana, Mexico

He has a US phone number in his office: (619) 819-9217

His secretary will probably first ask you to have a CAVITAT exam done (and a panoramic Xray taken, unless you have a recent one) at another location in Mexico (with your approval, she will call and set it up for you and call you back with the time and address in Mexico), then she will give you an appointment with Dr. Villafana at his office to go over the results with you (a consultation) and, after you and Dr. Villafana have agreed on a plan, she will set you up with the one or more surgical appointments he tells her to give to you.

Dr. Villafana is extremely devoted to the patient he is working on at the moment. If the patient requires more time than he originally thought, he will continue with that surgery until he is satisfied his work is finished. The people waiting may have to wait longer than expected and/or come back another day.

My advice is, for the surgery appointments, always get the first appointment of the day.

He is not as inexpensive as most Mexican dentists, but much less expensive than dentists in the U.S.. However, he is the most skilled dentist of all the skilled dentists Sandy has been to over the past six years both in the US and Mexico, without exception. Once he has operated on a site in your mouth it will heal perfectly (Sandy never had that experience with the U.S. dentists, even those with the fancy title, "Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon").

We discovered, through horrible pain (and facial disfigurement that Dr. Villafana corrected with the dentures he made for Sandy) and heart crushing disappointment, that the title, Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, means nothing in the U.S. -- none of them know what they are doing, even if they say the right words that lead you to believe they do. (I speak often to others who, like Sandy have had surgery after surgery to remove infection in the jawbone in the U.S. with no improvement.)

Now, Sandy's jawbone is "remodeling," which, in her case, means her body is filling in the bone she lost due to infection in her jawbone and surgery to remove it. Her dentures recently had to be reamed out to make room for new bone, which amazed the dentist in Arizona.

Dr. Villafana performed the last surgery we believe Sandy will ever need on her jawbone on July 31, 2006.

Love,

Bonnie

Dental Thank You

Dear Bonnie,

This is Sue from Illinois. I've been a subscriber to your newsletter for the past 12 years.

I have been following Sandy's story in your newsletters with great interest. Thanks to reading about Sandy's experiences with oral surgeons, I have had two molars removed with no complications. My dentist is so wonderful because after removing a tooth he removes the tissue surrounding the root (where a cavitation could form) throughly and rinses the site with Lugol's Iodine solution, which I bring to my appointments. I know not many dentist's will do either of these things that Dr. Clark so strongly advises. I felt confidence in my dentist when he didn't laugh at me when I asked him to use the Lugol's.

I am so happy to read that Sandy is doing well. She deserves all the happiness in the world. She is one tough lady.

How is Dr. Clark?

Sincerely,

Sue

Dear Sue,

Thank you for your words of appreciation. Every month, as you place an order with us, I love hearing your encouraging words for Sandy. If it weren't for caring people like you I don't know if Sandy would have made it. It was one of my readers who recommended Sandy go to Dr. Villafana. I believe that saved her life.

Dr. Clark's Lugol's Iodine solution worked perfectly for every cavitation surgery Sandy had (6 drops in 1/2 a glass of water) with Dr. Villafana. However, Dr. Villafana was not as open as your dentist about using the Lugol's solution as a rinse at the surgery site, so Sandy just rinsed her mouth with it by herself in the bathroom after her surgeries.

That worked fine until her last surgery. That was when Dr. Villafana had to remove part of the floor of her sinus and warned her that she must not let her sinuses get infected because that would interfere with the healing of her jawbone.

She tried spraying the Lugol's solution up her nose but after she did she said she would never do it again. She just rinsed her mouth with it several times daily as usual and we prayed that would be enough to help her sinus to heal. Then, a few days later, when she had developed a sinus infection, she was miraculously told about using the Candida-G as a gargle and as nose drops, which immediately cured her sinus infection and helped her to heal with no other problems.

The Candida-G and water solution is more gentle than Lugol's Iodine, and, we believe, is even more effective in keeping bad bacteria away. First, Candida-G marks the area where there is inflammation so the body immediately pays attention to the area and heals it and, second, it saturates the area with good bacteria, which helps discourage the overgrowth of bad bacteria.

I was asked recently if Sandy tried spraying a Colloidal Silver and water mixture up her nose to prevent a sinus infection and my answer was, "Yes, and that was even more harsh and painful than spraying the Lugol's Iodine solution up her nose." She was and is so thankful to have been told about using the Candida-G solution as nose drops and/or as a nasal spray because it is so gentle that she looks forward to using it.

I haven't spoken with Dr. Clark for a while, but I hear about her from others often. Today I heard that she was recently in France lecturing and supplying the doctors who attended her lecture with zappers.

Thank you for your monthly orders and for your steadfast encouragement for Sandy.

Love,

Bonnie

Does The Dentist do..

Dear Bonnie,

Thank You so much for the info on Dr. Villafana. I have called his office and the lady took my ph. number, so hopefully he will call back and I can talk to him about my questions. Would you also recommend Dr. Villafana over Dr. Arechiga for the removal of amalgam fillings, extractions of crowned teeth, making partials, titanium implants etc..?? Do you know if he uses a Dr. Clark approved filling material after the amalgam removal? I thought maybe you may have had some of these experiences with Sandy?

Just read your number 74 newsletter. Fantastic as usual. I am going to order my mom and I the Candida-G from you as soon as I am done with this e-mail. I so pray it may be the cure for my 10+ year long chronic yeast infection. After reading this newsletter, probably candida throughout my body is my guess.

Do you know how much the Turbo Sonic trainer costs? sounds marvelous.

Thank you ever so much for corresponding!!

Shirley

Dear Shirley,

Dr. Villafana has a gift for oral surgery. He removed some implanted bovine material that was placed in Sandy's jawbone in the hopes that it would be absorbed by her body, but her body rejected it. It surrounded a nerve and was causing severe pain, but no other dentist would touch it. They said if they tried to remove it her face might be left partially paralyzed.

I don't know first hand whether Dr. Villafana removes amalgam fillings, does extractions of crowned teeth, makes partials, or does titanium implants, but I think he does most of it. I know he has strong beliefs about what is healthy. He was trained and worked for a few years with Dr. Hal Huggins.

By the way, Dr. Clark does not approve of titanium.

Dr. Clark recommends Dr. Arechiga for removing cavitations. I don't know all that he does, either. He was one of the dentists who wouldn't go near Sandy's nerve.

Dr. Villafana isn't associated with Dr. Clark, but for onlays he approves and uses the materials that Dr. Clark also recommends. The reason I know is I have targis onlays, which Dr. Clark approved of in 1999 and when Dr. Villafana examined my mouth, we discussed it (he thought the dentist who did my work did a great job). (I had an appointment with Dr. Villafana for an exam on one of the days Sandy had a non-surgery appointment with him in 2005.)

Dr. Clark approves of targis because it doesn't leach bad metal or other toxins into the water when it is soaked overnight in a glass of water. Now, there is even better materials (Dr. Clark hasn't made any new announcements, however, about any of them) and Dr. Villafana knows all the pros and cons about them.

Dr. Villafana made dentures for Sandy and she loves them. Sandy used Dr. Clark's method of bringing them to a certain temperature for a certain amount of time to cure them (I can't remember the exact temp. or time).

After Dr. Villafana x-rayed my mouth he recommended that I have a tooth removed, but I decided against having it removed. I just didn't want to lose a tooth at that time (the tooth wasn't bothering me - I only felt pain when pressure was placed on the tooth). I was doing the driving from San Francisco to San Diego and back for Sandy to keep her appointments in Mexico with him and I didn't want to risk not feeling my best.

Since I began using the Candida-G and water solution as a gargle the tooth is not causing me any pain (it used to hurt if I chewed something hard, like an almond, and now it doesn't). Dr. Villafana said it had an abscess at the tip of the root, which was causing a drain on my immune system. I believe Candida-G has cleared up the abscess.

I hope you get rid of your chronic yeast infection. I think as we get older it takes different forms. I used to have a yeast infection often, then I started not having it, but having urinary tract infections instead.

Since I've been taking Candida-G capsules I haven't had a urinary tract infection, which is astonishing to me. I haven't changed my diet either -- I still have some sugar once in a while. I started taking three Candida-G capsules a day and gargling with it in August last year (2006).

Now, I've been getting even healthier because of the TurboSonic!

You asked how much it costs. Well, hold on to your hat. It's $13,000 for the home model and $16,000 for the professional model.

We couldn't afford it by ourselves right now, so my friend, Alex, who owns two health food stores in our area, put one into one of his stores and we are partners and distributors with him for the TurboSonic. We are leasing a professional model for $450 a month and we already have two people signed up for $99 each to use it for a month.

Our TurboSonic arrived on May 10th and I've used it every day since. I notice that my skin isn't as dry and flaky on my arms and legs as it was before and I have better balance and can bend over easier. I'm 70 and, now that I'm stronger, I realize I was beginning to age in those areas. Dale is using it every day, too. He also walks three miles a day. (Someone asked if I'm still losing weight by using the TurboSonic and I answered that I have lost seven pounds since I started using the TurboSonic in March and recently I have reached a plateau. It may be that I'm losing fat and gaining muscle and since muscle weighs more than fat, that may explain why I haven't lost any more weight.)

I hope I've answered all your questions satisfactorily.

This teeth and jawbone business is serious stuff. I wish I was a marketing genius so I could convince everyone to gargle with Candida-G and keep any bad bacteria from entering their blood stream from their mouth.

Keep in touch. Ask me any questions you have.

Love,

Bonnie

I need a Dentist

Hi, my name is Shirley. My mom Alice receives your wonderful newsletter. I am trying to arrange a visit to the dentist in Mexico that Dr. Hulda Clark thinks is the very best anywhere. I found this much information that does not get me close at all: Dr. Solario (Angelica D. Solario) Ave Ensenada y Brazil 2292 Col. Cacho C.P. 22150 Tijuana, BC Tel:(011) 52 66841287

Phone numbers and emails etc.. that I could come up with via the internet extra searches also do not work.???

Next I called and spoke with someone at Sanoviv and they did not know of Dr. Clark and definitely not Dr Solario either. They also said that you can not just come there for a Cavitat exam. The only way to access the cavitat is through their whole diagnostic screening process of which the cavitat is a portion of.

Anyway, I am wondering if I even have the information correct?? Are these still the preferred doctors Dr. Hulda Clark suggests??

Any assistance you could offer me, would be greatly appreciated....

Thank You So Much,

Shirley

Dear Shirley,

Dr. Clark recommends Dr. Benjamin Arechiga for the flap method of removing cavitations. He does not do extensive jawbone work even with a cavitat report.

We recommend Dr. Roberto Villafana, 9150 Paseo de Los Heroes, Suite 703, Tijuana, Mexico. Phone: (619) 819-9217 or 011526646840955.

Dr. Villafana thought he had removed all the dead bone from Sandy's (my daughter's) jawbone, but she didn't think he had gotten it all. (Before July 2006 he had not recommended a cavitat exam.) When Sandy called Dr. Villafana for an appointment in July 2006 he recommended a cavitat examination first. He called a place in Mexico and set us up for a Cavitat examination and called us back with the time and place and made an appointment for us to see him later on the same day (this was because I didn't have much time to spend there and Sandy didn't want to stay there by herself).

On the day of Sandy's appointments, we learned that the cavitat place was an hour away from Tijuana so we took a taxi there. The taxi was not in the best shape, but we survived. That same day she had an appointment with Dr. Villafana and we brought the cavitat report with us for him to look at. (Then, because he was so heavily booked at the time and we couldn't stay for several days waiting for an opening, Sandy had to make an appointment for two weeks later to have the surgery done.)

The taxi to the cavitat place where Dr. Villafana is associated was $50 each way and the driver waited for us.

The cavitat exam was $100 and they wanted to do a panoramic X-ray, too, for $100, which we agreed to because we didn't have a recent one with us, which they needed as it is helpful in reading the cavitat report.

This was in July last year.

I highly recommend that you don't go to anyone else as we only trust Dr. Villafana to get the job done right.

After dozens of oral surgeries with dentists in the states and with Dr. Arechiga in Mexico since 2001, Sandy still had dead bone in her jawbone.

Only after Dr. Villafana operated on Sandy's jawbone several times did she begin to improve. Every place he worked on became normal.

And, since sending us for the cavitat exam and finding the last of the dead bone that was still in her jawbone, he removed all traces of dead bone.

Thanks to Dr. Villafana Sandy now has robust health.

Without Dr. Villafana's surgical ability we believe Sandy would still be suffering with face pain and pain and swelling in her breasts and other areas of her body due to the pathogenic bacteria in her jawbone seeping into her lymph system.

We believe Sandy's use of Candida-G (the contents of one capsule mixed with 3 ounces of distilled water) as a gargle and as nose drops helped her jawbone heal by helping her body keep her sinuses free of infection as Dr. Villafana removed part of the floor of her sinus during her last surgery and was concerned that her jawbone would not heal if she couldn't keep from getting a sinus infection.

We also believe gargling with the Candida-G and water mixture (and swallowing it) helped to clear Sandy's lymph system of the pathogenic bacteria that had settled there, which allowed her body (including, thankfully, her breasts) to return to normal.

Good luck and if you need any more information let me know.

Love,

Bonnie
