Questions and Answers

How much do I take?

For specific recommendations for your problems first refer to the Protocol Book.

If you find more than one recipe fits your situation use all the products in both (or more) recipes. Take the higher dosage if both contain the mineral.

For general good health 1 tsp of each product is the maintenance dosage.

How long should I take the higher dosages in the Protocol Book?

Each person is different and so here are the guidelines for discovering what is correct for you:

You may over the first few weeks, experience some retracing or cleansing reactions. This is a good thing. As your body has available minerals it has been lacking it will begin to heal areas that it could not previously heal. During the rebuilding process your body must dispose of dead or damaged cells. If your liver is already full, you can experience some discomfort as the liver "overflows". Handle this in the following way and in this order:

  1. Drink lots of distilled water.
  2. Take coffee enemas.
  3. Reduce the amount of minerals for a day or two.

After 3-4 weeks you can test yourself to see if reduction is appropriate. You will have experienced some changes in your situation prior to this test. If you have been on a recipe for a long-developing problem it may take a bit longer.

Example: The reduction test for edema (swelling), cut the dosage by 50% and see if the swelling comes back. If you are successful at the reduced amount continue at the reduced amount for another 3-4 weeks and then test again. You can also reduce by 50% by taking the minerals every other day.
