Editor's Note: This Is An Excellent Electrolyte Formula
Editor's Note: Mineral Solutions
and Maximol Solutions Tested Non-Toxic (by the
Clark Method)
- Five ounces Calcium enriched Minute Maid® orange
juice.
- Two ¼ ounce Packs of Knox® Gelatin (two teaspoons
= ¼ ounce - so, use four teaspoons)
- One Cap Mineral
Solutions® & one Cap Maximol
Solutions®
- Add water or juice to equal 7½ ounces of Total
Mix
- Take the full 7½ ounces twice each day - once
at breakfast, once at dinner time
- Take the mix three times a day if arthritis is severe
The following is what Dale and I take twice a day
along with our "Pig Arthritis" Formula:
- 1,000 mg. Vitamin C; (1,000
mg. = ¼ teaspoon of powdered Vitamin C), Dr. Clark recommends Vitamin
C because it destroys mold and orange juice may have mold in it
- 250 mg. Calcium capsules; (take as many per day to total (from
all sources) 1000 mg. - women during pregnancy, lactating and after menopause
need 1500 mg.)
- 200 mg. Magnesium capsules; (2-4 - to bowel tolerance), aids
Calcium absorption
- 400 IU Vitamin D capsule; (one), aids Calcium absorption
- Bioflavonoid capsules; (two), for elasticity of tissues and
to prevent bleeding gums
- EPA (fish oil) (essential fatty acids) capsules; (three), Dr.
Johanna Budwig (German essential fatty acid researcher) recommends taking
protein (Gelatin) with essential fatty acids for better absorption. Do
not take at the same time you eat butter, saturated fat or take aspirin
(they crowd out the essential fatty acids). "Essential" means
you need them!
- Dale is substituting Tropicana® Calcium enriched
orange juice because it has no lactate (Minute Maid® contains lactate
which contains lactose and Dale is lactose intolerant).
- We use Gelatin in bulk (found at a health food store that has bulk
bins) because it costs less. At restaurant supply stores (buy a case) its
even less.
- An excellent substitute for orange juice is Schoenenberger's Red Beet
Crystals. They are instantly soluble and you use one tablespoon in 5 to
8 ounces of water to make a delicious drink. The Mineral Solutions compliments
the taste of the crystals. Schoenenberger's Red Beet Crystals are made
in Germany but you can find them in most U.S. health food stores. They
are imported by Bio-Nutritional Products, Harrington Park, N.J. and sold
in glass jars - net weight 7 ounces.
