Dr. Clark's story about the little five-year old girl inspired me to add a full spectrum light treatment to my morning regime. Now, I place my Ott-Light Box next to my body while I am using my Chi machine and each day I place it next to a different area of my body. We have had the Ott Light Box for many years, but because we live in sunny California we only turned it on in the winter when it rained for several weeks in a row. We have full spectrum florescent tubes in our overhead office light fixtures, but I didn't realize placing the lights next to the body would be so much more beneficial.
