Seems like the colon cleanse works better for you. The cleanse is a bit stronger and designed to clean out old debris.

Denise – What was the diff. between the two. I’m thinking of ordering the 6 colon pills and the one colon cleanse but after reading your comment I may need to adjust that, I have VERY STUBBURN bowels, I have taken senna straight and have had no results, I will not take over the counter laxitives so that is not an option for me. I’ve tried colon teas – YOU NAME IT so I’m going to attempt this product but wanted to know more about your experience with the colon cleanse vs. the colon pills THanks! Tammy
