CHARGES "DISMISSED" IN HULDA CLARK CASE

In what was jubilant news for Hulda Regehr Clark, PhD., attorney Steve Dillon’s office stated that the judge had granted the defense "Motion-to-Dismiss" in the charges against Clark for allegedly "Practicing Medicine Without a License" in Indiana. The "Motion to Dismiss" was based on the extreme length of time that had elapsed since charges were first filed in June of 1993 and Dr. Clark found out about them when she was arrested in San Diego, September 20th 1999.

Seventy-one-year-old Hulda Clark, the controversial author of books such as "The Cure for all Cancers," "The Cure for HIV/AIDS," "The Cure For All Diseases" and her latest book, "The Cure for all Advanced Cancers," had been arrested in San Diego and held for 16 days before being transported in a 32 hour marathon ride to Indiana where she was released on bail the next day. Supporters around the world have rallied to her cause, sending e-mails and letters to the courts, and the media. Since then, Dr. Clark has received the "New Scientist of the Year Award" in Colorado, has spoken to standing room only crowds in Kentucky and Canada and taught about her testing device, the Syncrometer, to classes of interested people. She is continuing her research and updating her books.

"Hallelujah" rejoiced Dr. Clark, when told of this decision. She went on to say, "This sets a progressive tone. I hope it’s futuristic, reflecting the appreciation of the public for the new skills of the Alternative Practitioner."
