The staff of the Federal Trade Commission has conducted an investigation into the claims of Road to Health, Inc. for a variety of products and concluded that violations of the Federal Trade Commission Act may have occurred as described in the enclosed draft Complaint.  Staff believes that the matter can be settled without litigation on the basis of the enclosed draft Agreement Containing Consent Order.  The draft complaint and order name Road to Health, Inc., Ruth L. O’Sullivan and Dale Maxwell as respondents.
