In most browsers first find the Internet Options - Located under the tools menu in this version
Once the Internet Options is open click on the security tab, then click the custom level button.
If you are using IE6 they have created a tab named Privacy - make your change there.
Set your security to Medium and scroll down and make sure the Cookies section choices are set to Enable
You should now be able to place orders safely online.
