Greenlife^® is the extracted juice of the cereal grass blade.

Did you ever stop to think why the creator of the Bible tells us that we should eat as meat only animals which chew their cud and have a cleft hoof. That eliminates the pig and horse. It also eliminates all claw footed animals (lions, tigers, fox, cats). We can eat all types of elk, moose, deer, and cattle. The creator wants us to eat only meat from those animals, because those animals - in chewing their cud - get a tremendous amount of food value out of any kind of grass. But, man has no stomach large enough to handle enough grass, insofar as building up his bloodstream or satisfying his hunger is concerned.

Back in the late 40's and early 50's there was quite a lot of activity in the "whole grass" field. A man by the name of Henry Day did a tremendous amount of work on the grasses, and following him Bruce Varney was quite active in selling the whole grass under the name of "cerophyl" and "viets". In fact, you can still buy cerophyl from a great number of drugstores which carried it then and now.

One thing that bothered these men more than anything else was that every year the colons of people kept getting worse. In the olden days, they did not have so much trouble. There were complaints about constipation, but today even the very thing that the public needs the most is the very thing that bothers them most, namely roughage. It seems that when your colon is so distorted and twisted, the tissue itself is so weak, lifeless and debilitated that even though you ingest good whole grass - which may be exactly what is needed - the tissues are in such weakened condition, the grass becomes harmful instead of beneficial. Since our aim is to help people's colons and not harm them, we cannot see using the whole grass in the colons of people today. We have chosen the qualities and advantages of the grass juice for our Greenlife^® compared to the whole grass which is used in many grass products that are now used today. The dried juice in Greenlife^® heals while the whole grass harms the majority of today's colons. If you are looking for fiber or roughage, psyllium seeds are far superior for this purpose. The only virtue that the whole grass has is if used for roughage. But, the grass is still not as good for roughage as psyllium seed, which is fluffier, expands more, is mucilaginous and it tends to attract and hold moisture. Both price-wise and for its physical qualities, psyllium seed is far superior.

Generally, competitor grass products use a freeze-drying or spray-drying method. The grass juice is too thin to be freeze-dried and requires a thickener in order to freeze it. Some companies use corn starch and rice as thickeners and fillers. Maltodextrin is used in the spray-drying method. Maltodextrin is a concentrated sugar which requires distinct digestive work from the pancreas.

By contrast, Greenlife^® is superior to any grass supplement on the market. Greenlife^® is produced with four strict standards in mind:

P Organic soil preparation, no instecticides or sprays are used.

P Cutting at the young, green grass stage - the first joint.

P Processes that maintain the "LIFE" in the product.

P There are no binders, fillers, thickeners, or drying agents used.

In our Greenlife^® the "live" vital enzymes are maintained by a special high-vacuum, roll-drying process. Our process presses the juice out of the grass blades and roll dries it at a very low temperature so as to maintain the vital nutrients. It is then refrigerated and produced into either tablet or powder form.

An easy way to tell if any grass product contains "live" vital enzymes is to expose the product to light, air and moisture. This can be done by placing the product onto a plate and leave it overnight. The next morning it will become black or dark brown indicating there is no "life" left. With many products you will find results that indicate no change in the original color, even after weeks. This is an indication that there were no live enzymes in the product to begin with.

Other important factors to consider in selecting the right product for you is the way a product will breakdown, or dissolve. A simple test is to place the product (tablets) into a glass of room-temperature water. After several hours the tablet should dissolve and dissipate. If the product, after a day, has not begun to dissolve, it is safe to say that the product will not likely dissolve very well within the body. Even though HCl plays an important digestive role in the breaking down of the product, many of us do not have an adequate level of hydrochloric acid in our stomach to digest food or food supplements. The Greenlife^® will easily dissolve within a few hours, indicating it is easily assimilated and utilized by the body.

Some will say, "But, I have an allergy to wheat.." Most likely it is the gluten in the grain of the wheat that has created an allergic reaction. The wheat grass used in Greenlife^® is in the grass state, not the culm grain state. Therefore, you will not find an allergic reaction to the Greenlife^® product.

Allergies are an indication that you are toxic. A healthy body is not allergic to anything. The more toxic your body becomes, the greater number and type of items on your allergy list. The solution is definitely NOT to continue avoiding more and more items to which you are allergic. The solution is to get rid of the toxins by going on a cleansing program. If you still have allergies after the first cleansing program, wait a few weeks and do it again and again until you are not allergic to anything. Remember, if you have a clean bloodstream, you have no allergies.
